[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint for not getting the warranty facility for my accessories

My charger and earphone is not working properly. So as per ur guidance i visited service center badarpur. So they do nothing and they are saying that warranty is void because seal above battery is little remove not whole. And my accessories is in warranty now. They are saying that someone tamper with it, but anyone do nothing with the phone i. E. I don't tamper with that. They charging 600 rupees. So kindly help me. Was this information helpful? Jun 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 06, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it. Verified Support May 06, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has raised the concern that the battery seal was little removed for which service center has denied warranty and is providing paid service only. We have interacted with the customer and apologized for the issue. Informed customer that as per the seller's 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Requested customer to get in touch with the authorized service center/ brand. hence, closing the complaint from our end.

I ordered Carrier One 1 ton Air condition on 8th march from Flipakrt and this product is still not delivered.I contacted several times to flipkart and their courier partner GATi they are not responding properly and i have paid the entire amount.order id from flipkart is- OD[protected] .
