[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint regarding unauthorised cancellation of product from flipkart end | |||
The headphone in my order was cancelled with the microwave even after communicating over phone that i only want cancellation of the microwave and no other item. When i tried to communicate the same with flipkart, they told that there is issue in their system and could not help right now.in any case i need the item. If i have to repay rs.900 no problem, please send me the link, but i need the item at any cost. Both times i communicated with flipkart i specifically mentioned all the details and not to cancel any other items. But you guys cancelled it. Please share me your approach for getting the headphone delivered to me as i need the same for gifting to my sister and i need the item at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that both orders are cancelled where he asked for one shipment to be cancelled. We interacted and apologized and requested to place fresh order and customer also got refund. Hence closing the case.
