[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint || Return request received for Order - OD[protected]

I have bought a mobile for myself from flipkart that is Lenovo A6000 plus. from the day i have noticed that phone gets restarted intermediately now and then and some keys above the home button are not working intermediately i have placed a return request for the same on 23 at 9 PM DAY1 i got a message stating i will get a call by Monday morning, i have missed to attend the call. and i didn't get any call from them but got a message stating i will get a call the next day by 3 pm. DAY 2 with support team i had made sure to attend the call and support team had asked me to install smart check app on mobile for doing remote troubleshooting. and she tried to run some checks and asked me to do a HARD reset of phone. i have done the same following the instructions and advised me to use it for couple of hours and let them know if issue is there are not. and made assurance that it will be eligible for replacement if the problem still persists. i was told my Flipkart representative that i will get a call same day in four hours. i have waited so long for the call but i didn't get any call on the same day. Support Person whom i have talked is KUMARI Day 3 i got a call from the support team i have informed that i have the same problem with my phone and asked for solution, during the discussion the call got disconnected. and i don't know what was happening with the service which Flipkart is providing. i had made a call to support team and raised a req for call back. this time i didnt get any message confirmation from them. Day 4 i got a call from a lady Twinkle, again i told the same thing which is happening with my mobile. after a long conversation she was saying that my phone is working ... Baseless conclusion. i was very upset and disappointed the way she answers my questions. and after a long conversation she agreed to do the smart check test again. i told that i dont have a data connection on the phone and asked her to call me back by 3PM. she confirmed me that she will do that surely. Conclusion: From three days i am talking with the support team of Flipkart. i was in an impression that Flipkart is least bothered about service after selling any products and they assume products work greatly without any flaws. So i request you to do justice in my case.

Spoke to customer and got to know that he was facing touch issue with his handset and we were also not able to perform smart-check and as it was out of scope, we had arranged for a replacement and the same is also delivered to customer. Customer confirmed that the issue is now resolved. So closing the case.
