[Resolved] Flipkart — complete mobile protection plan 1 year by flipkart protect | |
Hi, Order id od[protected] Return id[protected] (Replaced mobile) From flipkart purchased mobile phone (Asus zenfone max pro m1) with that complete mobile protection plan for 1 year. I received my mobile on 22th october 2018 but i was given protection plan which is expiring by 19th october 2019. Plan number: jppoffk654082. On 19th october 2019 my phone fell down and my display got damaged and earphone jack also not functioning. Immediately i checked flipkart app for details and i tapped the claim button. Blank screen appeared then i tried to contact flipkart customer care but line was busy. Then i checked my email and found my policy details. Luckily my policy was alive, immediately i called the given toll-free[protected]. But line was busy and no response, after repeated trying then i found email id of jeeves escalation ([protected]@jevees.co.in) for the terms and condition document. There is no response for my mails. Then i searched website jeeves.co.in, there they have mentioned different email id ([protected]@jeeves.co.in). But i got the reply on 20th october 2019 from sujetha ([protected]@jeeves.co.in).in that they asked me forward my mail to another email id [protected]@jeeves.co.in. Then i mailed [protected]@jeeves.co.in, they replied me on 21st saying my policy expired. I was given new toll free number for clarification [protected]. Then i managed to call [protected], they replied me same and explained complete issue, they told that their higer authority will call me in 48 hours. No response from them after. I mailed [protected]@jevees.co.in and [protected]@flipkart.com. No response from jeeves email, it's really hard to connect toll-free. But i managed to connect and explained my problem, then the support person was acting like audio problem he asked me to cut the call and call again. I asked him, how you are talking to me now? Then he continued to listen to issue but he told that his senior manager will call in 24 hours time. I told jeeves protect team is using same words and no one is calling back as you told. I just asked him contact details for escalation, he didn't provided any details instead he told me that he is connecting me to his senior agent. I was put on hold for 2 hours and call got automatically disconnected. Flipkart person contacted after 10 days of my email and told that they will call back within 2 days. Flipkart person called today (31st october 2019) anf told "flipkart is a markey place". They mean that they are not responsible for protection plan but they advertise as "flipkart complete mobile protection plan". I asked why you are putting logo of flipkart in protection plan? Then she responded by asking the problem. She asked me about status of jeeves on regarding the issue, i told it's very hard to reach them. She told me to try again and again, she will also get in touch with them and reply me by tomorrow. I lost my faith with flipkart. It's clear they're cheating people in the name of complete protection plan. If they are straight forward they wouldn't put flipkart protect in protection plan related details. If they are genuine then would have provided working email address and toll-free number. Customer's paying money and have to struggle to register a claim. Think how long it will take to process a claim! Painful purchase! People please beware of doing online purchase. Flipkart is irresponsible by calling it an market place. They are integrating worst business entities with them and cheating customer's with the brand flipkart. Their products and promises are deceiving innocent people, advertising is to cheat us!
