Flipkart — Confirmed order returned back without notifying owner

Hi, I am one of the many customers who got severely disappointed with extremely poor service by flipkart.I am one of the many customers who got severely disappointed with extremely poor service by flipkart. Leaving aside it is a big billion day order, my product got confirmed and ready for delivery. The delivery dint happen on the day confirmed to be delivered(as 12th October). Instead a delivery person came 3 days later and suddenly called me. I was out of station and couldnt take order. Though confirming he will keep order, the order status suddenly changed to returned without giving me option to make alternative delivery arrangement. During follow up with customer care, i got assurance saying product will again be delivered, but eventually after a week got to know of truth that it wont be delivered. It created tension for me for 15 days and i was denied the opportunity to buy a TV on sale period by trusting flipkart which was such a big mistake.
