Od[protected] dated 26/10/2017 @ around 22.45 hrs, we have ordered mobile hand set branded motorola model moto e 4 plus, colour iron gray for the value of inr rs. 9599/-, in this connection we have received a message regarding shipment the consignment on 27/10/2017 and the same will be delivered us on that 30/10/2017. Based on your message we have tracking my order no. Od[protected], it seems that reached the destination on 30/10/2017 at the delivery location. But as per the courier personnel not yet delivered. We have called your customer care executive through[protected] on 30/10/2017 around 17.00 hrs, cc - executive replied that the consignment will be delivered and it has been reached your location. But still not yet received the same. So we request your good self that kindly look in to the matter and do the needful in this regard Ordered by mr.
