Today morning,[protected], the courier person has come to deliver the product of lenovo k6 power (Gold, 32 gb) - color: gold, order number is od[protected]. For this all lenovo mobiles exchange offer is there. For this only i ordered this mobile from your website. But the courier person did not receive exchange product from us only bcz of backscreen touch is not working. Can you please let me know why you guys mentioned exchange option for lenovo products. Verified Support Sep 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for back screen touch is not working in mobile because of that Wish master not collected the exchange product, we informed customer if the product should not be in intact condition then as per the terms and conditions we are not accepting the product. Closing the complaint from our end.
