[Resolved] Flipkart — crompton pedestal fan and washing machine | |||
First i have ordered crompton pedestal fan and i have received wall mount fan instead what i have ordered. That time when i look for replacement flipkart told that seller can only provide refund. Then i argued that i have wasted two weeks of time to get the product and at last i received different product, so i don't want to accept, but finally i agreed for refund and as suggested i placed same order with extra rs 290/-. And after waiting of 10 days i have received different color and damaged product. After this i really got frustrated and thought of take refund and go with amazon or others. But now they are telling that the seller does not have refund option and you have to go with replacement only. And the problem is flipkart just changed the photos and increased the price on same model of crompton fan and they are cheering customers by keeping wrong model photos.
