[Resolved] Flipkart — customer care executive | |||
My order id : od[protected] This product gopro was on offer for rs 9990 in both flipkart and amazon.. The mistake i have done was i bought it from flipkart.. They said it will be delivered by 22 nov.. On that day they dint call me.. So i called them.. And they said it will be delivered by 27 th... And on 27 i got message that the order has been cancelled because there is no response from the customer.. And then i call the customer care and i chat for around 2 hours.. The customer executive only know to say sorry that too after taking too much time.. The product is now of 16990.. If i have ordered it on amazon.. They should have delivered it in time..
