[Resolved] Flipkart — customer executive refused to return manufacturing defective phone | |||||
I am santosh from neemrana alwar. Last week i ordered a phone lenovo vibe k5 note. I have recieved it on 16/07/2017 and found a manufacturing defect after i opened up the box (It glass panel is not properly fitted in its mainframe) just after half an hour i requested to return the phone. Till 20/07/2017 i have got no response from flipkart team i have decided to call them on toll free no. After lot of waiting and transferring of call on various levels of authority. They completely refused to return the phone and about replacement they too did not said much. I m very disappointed by flipkart on this incident. If my issue not resolved i will go to any authority level and i will take my money back. Flipkart is a giving a very bad name to online retail market. Was this information helpful? | |||||
