[Resolved] Flipkart — damage and wrong product | |||
Greertings I have purchased sys ocean car perfume liquid from your reputed shoping site. I have recived a product, but product was different which i have booked online and product is damage also. I have raise the complaint to flipkart on the same days only. After 3days the delivery boy come to my home and ask me to give the damage product and take your newone then he check the product he has refuse to take the product because he is saying it is different product sorry sir i cant give you. Now tell me what should i do should i take a strick action to your company.
