[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged and used product | |
Received damaged and used product, within policy raised request for replacement but technician also visited to check they accepted that it's flipkart delivery issue. But flipkart cancelled my replacement, and every time telling concerned team will get back, no response and getting notifications replacement rejected seller rejected, i have purchased from flipkart not direct from seller so i will ask to flipkart not to seller... Never gonna suggest anyone for flipkart such a bad experience i got being a old and valuable customer, pathetic services. Was this information helpful? | |
