[Resolved]  Flipkart — damaged lcd tv received -, flipkart or panasonic none taking ownership!

Hi

I purchased 2 led tvs - 49" from flipkart on 18.08.17 and got delivered to my home address. We wanted to install it at a later date and so unboxed it on 1st sep. '17. Unfortunately, the screen of one of the leds was broken when we first saw it.

I instantly called up flipkart and since it was beyond 10 days from the date of delivery, they asked me to get in touch with panasonic. I failed to understand how would panasonic help in that case. I kept repeating myself to the rep that the tv set wasn't non-functional that i should reach out to panasonic instead it was broken but the rep kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

As suggested by the rep, i contacted panasonic twice but it did not help at all. First time i thought that the rep may not be supportive so i called again after a couple of days but the result was the same. Both the times i was told that since i had received a damaged product from flipkart, i needed to contact them for a replacement.

I need assistance in resolving this. It costed me more than rs. 43, 000 per tv set, i need a replacement or a refund of the product. No one is taking the ownership of the case.
