[Resolved] Flipkart — Damaged piece resent from previous customer | |||||
I ordered a solar pedestal fan ORDER No: OD[protected], the same was delivered on Tuesday 22nd March 2106. The contents were not only damaged but were knowingly resent from another customer. This was evident as: 1. The contents were not packed in the original box. 2. The original box was folded and kept inside. 3.1 No Fan blade was broken and another one missing. 4. The solar panel missing. 5. The box contained the RETURN LETTER FROM THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER stating the piece was defective and hence returned. 6.The box contained the DELIVERY NOTES of the previous customer. 7. The box contained PACKING TAPES and evidence of beinf shipped previously by "SNAPDEAL". Was this information helpful? | |||||

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 04, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue has been addressed with customer, as return was initiated for refund and the same is complete.
