[Resolved]  Flipkart — damaged product and worst service

I have bought 3 sofas in dusshera sale. They delayed in shipping and delivery. I was supposed to get before diwali but received 1 week after. 2 sofas out of 3 was damaged. I can understand that it may have got damaged in courier. Then i called customer care and customer care is the worst ever i have seen. No one knows what to do, they only say "we understand you" and it will be resolved.in my call every time they were saying the same thing. I have called 10 times every time they said it will done in 2 days. It never happens. I would suggest to buy from amazon instead of flipkart. At least they have better service.

It is worst ever experience.
