[Resolved]  Flipkart — damaged product - gionee mobile handset gets heated up

The gionee hanset received from Flipakart dated 28/02/2019 started getting heated up intermittently even when the phone is kept idle. The complaint started all of a sudden during the 2 nd month o[censored]sage. This is such a bitter experience that phone has turned out to be of no use now. We ordered the phone on EMI and has already paid last two months EMI. It is really annoying that we have to pay for a product that has complaint. We need a refund for the phone.
