[Resolved] Flipkart — Damaged TV delivered | |||||
I have ordered a vu tv on flipkart on 29th may, 2017 as it was mentioned as one day delevery. I got the product on 30th and when flipkart engineer came to install the tv, it was found damaged. I asked flipkart for refund and they refused to refund and only forced me to take replacement. It is 4th day now and i neither got a replacement nor refund. Even today, they are not giving me correct date of delevery. I don't understand why their policy allows them to enjoy customer money with out giving the product. I have called and messages flipkart customer care and so far, i have got only several useless 'sorry's from them. Please suggest how to resolve this. I am expecting an immediate refund as this is mistake of flipkart for giving a damaged good. Or they should give compensation for keeping my money all this time with out giving me what i purchased. I also purchased a google chromecast 2 device along with the tv which i am not able to check as i don't have a tv now. It's 10 days replacement period getting close to end and i would not be able to verify by using it for minimum period. This is another risk bothering me due to mistake of flipkart.
