Flipkart — Damaged washing machine received-ORD[protected] | |
I have received damaged IFB washing machine from Flipkart on 6th November, 2020. The installation and demo team came on 8th November 2020 and confirmed that the product is damaged and they will raise replacement request. I have been following up with Flipkart since then. Only one response i got that technician will visit and confirm the product is damaged. So the installation and demo guy was not a technician then? When installation person is not a technician then how come Flipkart is giving below statement. I mean if he is not the technician, how can we expect a guidance or proper installation from him.. "Authorised installation person only should install it and guide us on how to use it" Ok, I have been waiting for the second technician visit to happen since then but no response. And today, my return request is cancelled saying that i have selected "defective product" as return reason instead i should select "damaged product"(which was not there in the options list). So i have asked CC team to raise the request on my behalf with correct so called reason. Guess what, even they couldn't find an option called "damaged product". So they have selected "defective product" (which was selected by me in first request). Big applause, now the process got delayed further more. "Which clearly says Flipkart trying misguide us Flipkart without correct procedure or information." And finally now I have to wait till 18th November for technician visit, and the product will be picked up by 27ty November after his approval and i will replacement on 3rd December. God knows when this technician will visit and if the is complete in one month as stated by Flipkart or they are aiming for next year resolution. I am seriously disappointed Flipkart the service you are providing and respond which is lacking. Was this information helpful? | |
