Flipkart — deduction of money without order confirmation | |||
I have ordered two shirts in flipkart and payment is done through phonepay. But after payment is successfull. It showed me as "we have received your order request. We will update you once the order is confirmed." but it is not showing anything in myorders in app and website also. I have waited for about 3 hours but still i did not get any confirmation. While trying to contact customer care it is saying all the executives are busy call later. Please help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |||
