[Resolved] Flipkart — defect in lcd screen black line for replacement | |||||
Sir, Order no: od[protected] Sold by: consulting rooms private limited, Invoice number # faaavm[protected] I ordered onida 80.4cm (31.5 inch) hd ready led tv on[protected] and i get on[protected] but at same day we found in a dark vertical line on tv screen, so i send request for replacement on same day. But from that day three replacement day became fail due to technician visit. And till now i did't get any replacement and not any technical visit. So, i am so upset by flipkart. So, please replacement my tv as soon as possible. The main issue are:- 1. Three replacement day failure. 2. On tv box already write refuse item. If item is refuse why seller deliver us. 3. Already one onida technical visit done on[protected] and he review give you that item is defected there is need to replace. You can see on my flipkart profile. 4. Today 20 days goon till now no any replacement. 5. Minimum 20 times call to customer care no any solution outcome. I attached picture of defect on tv and box pic & invoice copy of item.
