I ordered a lenovo laptop bag 15.6 inch (Black colour). But the side net covers meant for keeping bottles were torn from both the sides, the pics of which are attached for your reference. If the customer is paying for something, it is expected to be unable good condition as you are displaying on your website. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.
