The Mouser pistol lighter you delivered me from flipkart had been proved damaged. I have already filed a complaint on 11th March 2017 and I have printed copy of the same. Today its 14th March 2017, Yet I didn't get a replay from you . Further I request you to replace the item I ordered, before you persuade me to approach to the consumer court for my rights as a citizen of India - A ARUN KUMAR, LEGAL ADVISOR & COMBATENT OFFICER OF INDIAN AIR FORCE ( NB : I will advocate for myself in consumer court if it will be necessary )
