[Resolved] Flipkart — Defect product delivered and company not honoring the return request. | |||
I had placed order for Nokia Lumai 730 on 13 Jan 15 and received it on 15 Jan 15. Within using for 20 mins i realised there is some issue with battery, it gets heated up significantly. So i raised a return request on 16th Jan 15, which was declined advising me to do some trouble shooting tips. In spite of performing the trouble shooting tasks, still the problem with Battery exist. It is getting heated up. I raised another return request which was declined immediately, without calling or knowing my concern. This is indeed very disgusting from a customer perspective that after spending 13000 Rs i am getting defective product and company is not ready to replace it. Please let me know escalation matrix to get this issue highlighted to Flipkart Management. and replace my product immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
