[Resolved] Flipkart — defective ac delivered and refund not being initiated despite repeated calls | |||
I purchased hitachi ac on 19 apr 2019, installation done on 22nd, ac was dead on arrival. Filed complaint with flipkart and they arranged a tech visit from hitachi on 26th. They too confirmed ac needs parts replacement. I wanted a new unit or refund. Flipkart is not processing my request since past 2 week with repeated calls urging them to act. Service request escalations are just moving the deadlines each day but no resolution in sight. Was this information helpful? | |||
