Dear sir I have purchased one alcatel mobile from flipcart on 27.01.2015Order id is:0D[protected], and also they changed the color of my mobile.I ordered black they sent in silver. Now mobile is working not well.It is hanging and it is not a quality one.I want to get my money back and want to return the mobile. Pl.take necessary actions and refund my money please sir.
