Invoice no:fabirv[protected] invoice date:[protected] Order no:od[protected] order date:[protected] Sir, I have purchased 2 pieces of orient orina 48 inches ceiling fan. On manually checking it was found that both the fans were defective. The fan rotor is not moving smoothly and making sound. How come both the fans are defective? It is a serious complain that the fans were send without proper checking as because the fans were properly packed and the outer body is not damaged.in future i have to think twice before purchasing online from flipkart. Verified Support Mar 25, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on 23.3.2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
