[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective geyser delivered and now replacement is after 25 days

The geyser delivered was broken and tank was leaking. Now replacement has been ordered. But i have two issues:

1. The delivery time is shown as 26 oct 2019. The original order was placed on 19 sep 2019. Now this is not acceptable that a customer has to wait for 1.5 months for a geyser which is just plug and play product. The entire family is facing hardship due to such a long time and leading to mental stress.

2. I have lost trust on crompton greaves brand and don't want their geyser anymore.

I have tried calling the customer care and also spoken to senior executive. But they are merely well trained mouth pieces who keep on repeating standard phrases "we understand your problem" and "it is as per our policy" and do nothing more than lip service.

I am going to initiate a strong legal action against these fraudsters and also sue them for mental harassment and hardship faced by me.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was delivered in damaged condition. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 12, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
