Flipkart — Defective handset they are denying return | |||||
With this mail, i want to bring to notice for all concerns, that a bad event happened with me by flipkart, on dated 19.07.2016. I have ordered a mobile leeco 2 of 11999/- in this deal company has offered me to exchange my old mobile for rs 3300/-. On dated 25/07/2016 i got my ordered mobile, but it is very surprising to me that new mobile handset is getting hang on using normally, for this i have raised a query to company for, returned the order mobile, but instead to exchange or return the defected handset they are denying to give 10 days return policy, this is only a fraud by company, i have ordered so many times from flipkart, if company is doing such type of things with their regular customer then we should take a strong step against them so that they can learn a lesson and stop such type of fraud with customers, if company will not return/ exchange my order then i will surely take legal action against them.
