Have brought new HP laptop of model number 15-ac149tx in Flipkart on dated[protected] Order number : OD[protected] I have received defective product . WiFi is not connecting WiFi device not installed Internet access is not supported. Defective product . Not responding properly for returning that product As per returning or replacement warranty they need to take it back but they are not accepting that also .
