[Resolved] Flipkart — defective item | |
Purchased nokia 5.1 plus smartphone from flipkart on 15 Oct 18. Nokia device is defective and comes under 10 days replacement policy. Technician comes from flipkart and in just one minute, he declares that device is correct. I don't understand when the device is defective then why it is so difficult for them to replace it. They are just playing with the feelings of their genuine consumers. Was this information helpful? | |
