Flipkart — Defective laptop received unable to use | |||||
I ordered a Lenovo v15itl g2 laptop on 3rd October 21, received on 8th October 21 on 5:30pm after 2 hours o[censored]sage i noticed there is a dead pixel in display which is clearly visible on its boot up(when background is black). After noticing it i through it might be a software issue i troubleshoot it but no changes then i found it is a hardware issue which is manufacturing defect. I called to Flipkart coustomer care on 8:30 and said all incident to them then raised a replacement request. they also said me that your return/replacement policy will valid till 15th October 21(up to 7 day from date of purchase). They said me about their policy accordingly a technician will visit my home to check the defective laptop within 24hours but when I checked in tracking status it is on 24th October 21. Now what will I do till 24th my job work is pending for which I bought this laptop and By chance technician refused then my return policy will be expired. Then I have no option to replacement/return for the same. Now please help me I bought it for Rs 27000/- for my job work, i can’t use it also wasted my time and money. On the other hand Flipkart executive do not give any positive response. I have also attached my proof for reference Flipkart should solve my issue and replace it with a new as soon as possible.
