[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective LED TV

Defective LED TV Sony BRAVIA MODEL KDL - 32W700B 80.1 Serial No. S[protected]J

I purchased a Sony BRAVIA TV, MODEL KDL - 32W700B 80.1 Serial No. S[protected]J on 24/4/2015 through FLIPKART. Suddenly it was noticed, screen shows blurred with rings formation on the LED Screen with visible edge cutting on the objects & letters.I had given a complaint for recall the defective TV on 18/5/2015. As per the return policy you are supposed to give new TV as the complaint was given prior to 30 days.
On 29/5/2015, vide ID No.25662901 the Service Engineer from Orbit Electronics, Worli, Mumbai came and opened the TV, but he could not attended the complaint.He told us that he will call after two days.But, he never called again. As this TV became defect within 30 days, you are kindly requested to recall this product and provide new Television.
I preferred this model thinking to enjoy the latest technology and purchased Smart TV by paying heavy amount through Flipkart.As regards this complaint I have contacted 3 days to your Customer care Division.They will lisen all then their reply is that I will receive update with in 24 hrs., So far I have not heard a satisfactory reply from your side.If this is the response how can we purchase any item from Flipkart with belive.

This complaint has also forwarded to National Consumer Complaint Board. If no proper action, I have no option left to go to consumer court. please.

I HOPE YOU WILL RECALL THE DEFECT TV.
