[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective mobile | |||
I purchased a Samsung j5 mobile from flipcart which delivered to me on 13/8/15 From next day it's complaint of hanging continues till date.I contacted Samsung customer care also visited Samsung servi centr but they could not diagnos the problem. Only they tried to trouble shooting but problem re exist.Then I contacted flipcart cust.care, they lodged a complaint and arrange a call by tech.exprt. They adopt same procedure but after some time problem continued. And I puzzled by restart and reset the mobile set several times to solve the issue. And now I can't do this and only option I have to replace my handset or return and refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
