[Resolved] Flipkart — defective mobile delivered | |||||
I have brought redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and after using it I found that it was having a bent at its back just below camera. So I contacted flipkart customer care and told them about this they told me that I will get a resolution in 24 hrs after I didn't got any resolution after 3 days they provide d me resolution that it can't be replaced or refunded even it was under replacement warranty. They even don't provide me a proper reason for this again when I call them they told me that they have again raised my complain now wait for next 24 hrs I don't understand why they don't get defected mobile replaced Was this information helpful? | |||||
