[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective mobile received, feeling cheated, awful and painful service and experience with flipkart | |||
received damaged mobile, NO SIM and SIM management is not working issue, Really painful services, lodged complaint on 7th, no calls against repeated comitment by flipkart, my request rejected without discussion. flipkart system shows that i have been called 3-4 times but "no answer" from my side, but i can prove that i have not been called even single time from flipkart technical team. Really awful act.. i feel cheated as now i have received sms that my request rejected (without even discussing or verifying), fon is dead not usable as it is not detecting SIM, i have checked with local retailers and Airtel shops, they proved that its phone hardware issue... will not purchase from flipkart and will surely refer this to my friend/family circle Was this information helpful? | |||
