[Resolved] Flipkart — defective mobile sold by flipkart | |||
Dear team, I have ordered one lenovo k6 power gold on 16th august 2017 order id is od[protected] but the phone i received was defective (Charging jack was not working), so i returned that product and after 4 days i received another phone that was also defective (One sim slot is not working). So i call to the flipkart customer care, they says you need to contact with the brand service center for the issue. After that i visited the brand service center which was located at shakarpur laxmi nagar. The service center checked my phone and says that your one sim slot is internally damaged and your product warranty is void. They also provided me the hard copy of that and clearly mentioned that your phone one sim slot is internally damaged. Please help me out for the same and tell me what is my fault in that, this is the manufacturing defect. Please take a serious step and guide me what step i need to take further in that.
