Flipkart — defective product bank not cooperating

Dear sir
This is in reference to the loan on mobile i have received defective product and also complained the company but not been resolved so I would like to request charge back
Please find the attached loan statement and also the image of the screen
I would like you to request to raise a issue on my behalf as I will not be paying further emi till the issue is resolved

Since the product was delivered to you on 09 Dec 18, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

I know that but as company is given 30 days policy the why your seller and you give 10 days policy
Is that you encourage defective product selling as well
The return policy of the product should be same as the brand store
