[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective product

I had placed an order through online channel 'Flipkart' on 16th July 2015 comprising of 1 mobile handset-Lenovo a6000+. Details of order are given below:- OD[protected]; DATE OF ORDER- 16TH JULY 2015 There is a 30 day replacement guarantee as well. The handset that has been sent to me is defective because the speakers on the phone are not working and there is no sound at all. I have requested for replacement of the handset through 'Flipkart' and have also repeatedly called up executives in 'Flipkart' requesting them to change the set. The technical team has already discussed the issue and have asked me to run the 'check application' which I have done but still the problem persists. Today, I was informed from 'Flipkart' that I will get a call back which I have'nt. There is NO STATUS UPDATE AS OF NOW. WHAT SHOULD I AS THE CUSTOMER DO NOW??? This is an extreme laidback attitude shown from 'Flipkart'. Please advice suitable coarse of action so that this handset is replaced immediately. This was supposed to be gifted to somebody as it was in a gift wrap( which was also ordered online through flipkart) Thanks. Anirban Chakrabarti (M) _91-[protected]
