[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product delivered but not returned | |||
I purchased lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb) phone on (Order # od[protected] on oct 14th. The microphone was not working properly so i launched a complaint on nov 1st for replacement and i was told service engineer will check first on nov 5th. Then after few days i saw the status has been changed to 'rejected'. Nether i got call from anyone nor flipkart customer care is ready to help... Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
