[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product delivery | |
First in my phone the home key is not working then i went to mobile service center. After 4-5 days the bettry backup goes down in any use. The problems will increase in my phone. Samsung service center said that i should complain on filpkart to change the phone. But flipkartcoustomer care will not respond my phone your service is very poor. Many time i call the help line number they send all the executive is busy. Please help me. If you not contact me in a day. Then i will complain in civil cout. My number is [protected]. It has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill customers return request. Request to get in touch with the service center.
