[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective product - flipkart order no. Od[protected] | |||||
We order for a "micromax canvas p680 tablet" in "http://www.flipkart.com/" flipkart on may 26, 2016 (My order id. Od[protected]. This model will support otg as per micromax company description. But we received the product as defective, that my order doesn't support otg. We raise a complaint in flipkart on june 24, 2016. If the product is defective, as per flipkart return policy, flipkart will give replacement to my order. But flipkart without closing this issue, they canceled my request for replacement.
