[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product pick up problem | |||||
I have claimed for an replacement for the product lenovo k8 plus on 30 sep 2017. But that are asking me to courier the defective product to their warehouse. For me, couriering is not possible. So, i called the customer care and told them to pickup the product from my home itself where they have delivered the product when i have ordered it. But they are repeatedly saying that pick up options are not available for that region at that moment. Today is 16 oct 2017. I have been waiting for more than two weeks, but there weren't any good move till now from the company side. So, it is better to come and collect the defective product from my home itself instead of couriering and giving me the new product. You are also taking two much time and this is not a good service from your side. Please make neccessary steps within two days from now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Oct 20, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the pick up issue. We had interacted with the customer and arranged for the reverse pick up and customer request for pick up the shipment on "20/10/2017. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
