[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective product received but no refund or reverse pick up

I had placed an order on 9-mar-2016 od[protected] for debono coffee table.
On 16 mar 2016 a damaged product debono coffee table was received via fedex courier from www.flipkart.com. I raised the return request the same day at 7:35 pm. The return request id is:[protected].
For the past 1 week i have raised the issue with their grievance cell also, but no reverse pick up, refund or replacement.
The seller debono has also contacted and damaged photographs have been shared both with [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@debonoindia.com.
But no action yet except for emails and phone calls.

The grievance cell of flipkart has been in touch with me for past 1 week. The seller was made aware of this complaint. The defective table was reverse picked up 2 days back by seller through a courier. Today Flipkart has initiated the full refund back to my credit card.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Thanks to the forum the issue has been resolved today with the processing of refund. The seller picked up the item through courier 2 days back.
