[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective Smartphone | |||
I ordered karbonn mach one from flipkart which turned out to be a big headache right from the point of delivery till I got d product and thereafter... First negative experience at courier end as he refused to give delivery till doorstep and asked to collect phone...After I got delivery found issue with my phone as its not detecting any sim card in either of the two slots.Tried using 5 different sim cards but no success.. phone was gifted to someone and due to above created a very bad impression.Moreover after registering complaint for replacement got no courtesy call neither any update on complaint yet from flipkart...I never expected such kind of service from flipkart..very bad..never buy anything from flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||
