[Resolved]  Flipkart — delay and waste my time

Dear sir,
I purchased the Fastrack glasses through flipkart on date 29 sep 2019 and the delivery date 03 Oct 2019 but the delivery date is delayed and I registered complaint 3 or 4 times but no update send me . Today 07 Oct 2019 delivery executive deliver the product to my room owner and I am not available in the shipping address..
How can I take my product ??
I also inform to your help service executive in time of complaint that I can't available on 4 Oct..
I have already pay for the order but no care about my order
Kindly solve my problem
