[Resolved] Flipkart — delay delivery / no proper response. | |||||
Dear team., This is venu gopal, and my registered mobile number and email id is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com. As i want to inform you that i have ordered an product (Shoes) on 23 of feb from then till date i did not received the product. When i called to them they says that they have taken the complaint told to wait but till now there is no resolution from them. 2 times i have registered an complaint but there is no resolution. Some times they will give an message that my order is out of delivery and when on that day when ever i call to the delivery boy he is disconnecting my call. . At first i have order an saree but it is also delay delivery and from them they have called me and request me to cancel the product. I'm totally irate with the service. Mar 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I got an conformation and proper response from them . So i closed the ticket . Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 12, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer as per customers complaint, delivered the product, hence closing the case.
