Order ID - OD[protected] Product - Skechers Flex Advantage Running Shoes Amount 1, 999 rupees. Initial product nor satisfactory requested for replacement was promised replacement on the 5th august after 7 day delay I cancelled order and requested for refund was promised refund by 21st august after reminder email now promised refund by 25th august 2015. I am glad my complaint has been resolved by flipkart and refund has been paid in full. Though after lengthy delay and several emails and calls the flipkart customer carr finally got d job done Verified Support Aug 23, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer but unable to reach as there were no response so sent a mail to the customer asking for the convenient time.
