[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in delivery | |||
My order number is OD[protected] I have placed order for Lenovo K3 Note on 5th August. Till today the product still on processing status. This is pathetic service from Flipkart. I don't understand, if the stock is not available then how can you hold flash sales and take bookings. They are having another flash sale on 10th. I wonder when the people will get mobiles in their hand. Anyways, I am hoping to get my delivery soon. This will be my last order from Flipkart. It really and they don't even send a remainder on email and no call back to customer number Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 06, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he informed the phone is in approved status and after that there is no update and want the shipment should be delivered to him as per the promise date.
Informed customer the product will be delivered to him as per the promise date, however customer wanted a e-mail confirmation regarding the same. Mail sent to customer.
