[Resolved]  Flipkart — delay in delivery date again and again.

I placed an order on flipkart on 20th october 2019 for a redmi note 7 pro smartphone (With exchange offers) making an online payment. Order id: od[protected]. The expected delivery date was 31st october 2019. The product was not even shipped till that date. I made so many complains but they don't even have the audacity to call or contact me. I repeatedly made complains using their chat features but in vain. They kept of increasing the delivery date but still the product hasn't been shipped. I want flipkart to compensate me for the same with a gift card or a written assurance that they won't reject my exchange offer without a strong reason like defective/broken phone. I think they want me to cancel the order so that they don't have to sell it for such a low price. Kinda like building pressure on me but not extensively.

The order has still not been shipped and I was being called and asked to cancel this order and place a new one. I won't be paying ₹1685 extra for the same thing. They say that place a new order and after the order has been delivered, the seller will compensate you with the difference amount. I want the difference amount before placing the new order(I don't trust flipkart anymore). Oh, and if the seller can ship the new order of the same product, then why can't he ship the order that has already been placed.

10/11/2019: Got a call from the social media team of Flipkart. The executive's name was Soumya. Flipkart social media team is now pressuring me to cancel the order and place a new one. First they said that the product hasn't been shiped. Then they said that the product is untraceable so the seller won't be shipping the order. Then just after 5 minutes of talking over the phone, the executive said that the product has been received back to the origin and hence cannot be shipped again. When I mentioned that you have been saying these lies to me then she said this is the only resolution I will provide, is there anything else I may assist you with? She just wanted me to cancel the order and close the case
