I've ordered mi note 5 pro and a back cover on 18th April. Both the products have reached in the city pune but in the tracker it shows misrouted in the same city. Please deliver the products ASAP Or tell me where I can pick them up in Pune, Ekart logistics office. Attaching the details of order.
